About the Merger
On June 1, 2018, it was announced that Premier Business Bank and its community bank divisions, Premier Bank of Palos Verdes and First Mountain Bank joined forces with First Foundation. This combination creates a strong regional banking partner for our clients and our local community. Under the new name of First Foundation Bank, we will continue the tradition of serving clients with a passion for excellence while making a positive impact in the community.

The phone numbers and addresses will remain the same. All of our colleagues in our locations will be receiving new email addresses, yet their current email address will still work for the foreseeable future. We will be providing you with the updated email addresses so you can update your records.

You may receive two separate statements for the month of November. In addition, your statement cycle may change. The new statement cycle date will be shown on your new First Foundation Bank statement.

Yes, you can continue to use your existing ATM card until further notice. You will receive a separate mailing with more information regarding your new First Foundation Bank Visa Debit Card and PIN instructions in November.

Yes, you can still make deposits and withdrawals at the branch ATMs. Deposits made after 3:00PM PT Monday through Friday will be credited on the next business day. Every day is a business day, except for Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. Please note the ATMs located at the branches will no longer be in service effective November 30, 2018. You may, however, continue to use the night drop or mobile banking for your deposit needs.

The (888) 377-6497 phone number will remain the same. During the weekend of Friday, November 30, 2018, the system may be temporarily unavailable while we upgrade our systems. As a result of this change, you will be required to update your Telephone Banking PIN beginning Monday, December 3, 2018.
