Ms. Li serves as a Vice President, Director of Loan Production and is responsible for loan origination in the Northern California market. She primarily focuses on multifamily lending, and specializes in acquisitions and refinancing of income properties.
Ms. Li joined First Foundation to help open the Oakland office and works with the team to develop relationships in the Northern California area. Ms. Li has over ten years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at Intervest Mortgage as a Commercial Loan Officer. She previously served as a Commercial Loan Analyst at Countrywide.
Ms. Li is actively involved in the real estate community and serves as an officer on the Board of Directors for the Asian Real Estate Association of the Easy Bay. She also is a member of the San Francisco Apartment Association, East Bay Rental Housing Association, Commercial Real Estate Women, and Chinese Real Estate Association. Ms. Li was born and raised in China and is bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin.
